You can initiate a return for most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date you hand the package to the return shipper. However, in many instances, refunds are processed more promptly. This timeframe encompasses the transit period for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive your return (approximately 3 to 5 business days), and the duration for your bank to process our refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days).
