Shipping policy
Delivery Information
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Remote areas may require additional time.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Shipping Carriers: Safehub uses reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide "Authority to Leave" instructions.
- If an item is out of stock, your order will be on hold until it is available.
- No deliveries to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of products.
If your order larger and requring a forklift?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a forklift is available to unload any large, bulky orders which will be packed on a pallet. If redelivery with a tailgate truck is needed, extra charges will apply (if you are not sure please contact us)
International Shipping
- Safehub currently does not offer international shipping.
